1.The commission to the registered Channel Partner will be 2% (Agent Commission) on value of sale on complete handling of Client and 1% (Referral Commission) on value of sale on partial handling of Client
a. Agent Commissions - All site visits with client to be done by the Channel Partner. Visits to sites can be done with the Company Representative for the purpose of familiarisation and understanding of the property, in the absence of the Client
b. Referral Commissions - If the Channel Partner requires the Company Representative to attend to the Client, then referral commission will be applicable
2. Commissions are applicable only on inhouse inventory (not applicable to Partner Inventory)
3. The Channel Partner is not authorized to receive any amount or token against our project or property under any circumstances
4. The Channel Partner shall not negotiate on behalf of the company
5. The Channel Partner shall only visit the site with prior intimation
6. The Channel Partner shall not misquote price or area to the prospective buyers
7. The commission will be paid only on receiving 20% of Agreement Value
8. The commission will be paid only by way of cheque
9. The agency must close minimum 2 deals within 6 months in order to continue their membership with the company. Renewal shall solely be measured on its performance
10. The Client has to be registered with the Builder by way of message/email indicating full name, contact number and email ID
11. Client already in the system will not be allocated to Channel Partner
12. Once the client is registered to the Channel Partner any and all communication with the client will be through the Channel Partner
13. The Client is only valid for 30 days from the date of registration and needs to be renewed if inactive
14. The terms and conditions of this registration are at the sole discretion of the Developer/Builder
15. This registration can be revoked at any time without prior intimation
